Walking in a Winter Spring
Top: Forever21 / Sweater: Seventh Sister / Trousers: H&M / Shoes: H&M / Earrings: Forever21 / Bag: Mango
I've seen a lot of pictures from other bloggers with snow. Well, here in the Netherlands it's warm. We have spring weather. It's to warm for your coat. Strange thing. No snow this year with Christmas. We didn't had that last year either. But the years before that we had a lot of snow. I love snow! It's gives me a magical feeling to see that everything is white and that the waters are frozen, so we can go iceskating. I miss that kind of winters.

The Holiday Season + Update
Christmas is almost here and I thought it would be a great idea to give you guys a little bit of an update. It's been a while, but I have some great news. Last couple of weeks I have going through a lot of researches in the hospital, but I heard some great news last thursday: I am healthy! I'm so happy. I can leave the last couple of years behind me now and really start my life. For who is following my blog for a long time, they know I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia two years ago. Fortunately, I do not have that. My body was going under a lot of stress and that caused some health problems in my body. I'm finally better now.
This year I'm going to spend Christmas with my family. In the Netherlands we have two Christmas Day's.
Christmas Day 1: we are going to my family and celebrate Christmas with my sister, brother and parents.
Christmas Day 2: my boyfriend is a fireman, so he needs to work. I celebrate that day with a good friend of my.
Christmas Day 3: this year we introduce a third Christmas day and on that day we are going to my parents in law.
I never grew up with Christmas. I'm celebrating Christmas since I am 21. I grew up in a faith that do not celebrate Christmas or any other kind of holiday celebration. But my parents always tried to make the best of it. We didn't had a Christmas tree or presents, but we spent that two days with family and ate a lot. Actually the same what we are doing now.
But I always knew that when I leave that religion, the first thing I wanted to have was a Christmas Tree. So, I did. I wish I could have a Christmas tree all year around. But then it wouldn't be special anymore.
I wish all of you Merry Christmas!
